From there, transfer to a bus heading to Rethymno; the final stop is Rethymno Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, you can take a taxi directly to the hotel, which is a short ride away. By Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the airport and can accommodate up to four people. They provide a direct route to the hotel, with the trip typically taking around 75 minutes, depending on traffic.

Reaching the city center of Rethymno from Argo Apartments is simple and convenient:

• Walking:
  The city center is approximately a 25-30 minute walk along the scenic beachfront. This route is flat and easy to navigate, allowing you to enjoy the views of the sea as you make your way to the heart of Rethymno.
• Bus:
  Public buses run frequently along the main road near the hotel. The nearest bus stop is located on Machis Kritis Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the apartments. These buses take you directly to the city center and back. Tickets can be purchased at nearby kiosks or directly on the bus.
• Taxi:
  Taxis are readily available and can take you to the city center in about 5 minutes. The fare is affordable and varies depending on traffic.
• Biking or Scooters:
  For a more active option, consider renting a bike or scooter from one of the rental shops nearby. The path to the city center is bike-friendly and enjoyable.

Whether you prefer a leisurely walk, a quick bus ride, or a taxi, you’ll find it easy to explore the lively center of Rethymno.

Argo Apartments Rethymno features a total of 12 apartments, which are divided into:

• 6 one-bedroom apartments
• 6 two-bedroom apartments

The complex is spread across three floors: semi-ground, first, and second. Each floor has two apartments of each type
(one-bedroom and two-bedroom). The complex was built in 2007 and has been operating since 2008.

Please note that all apartments are only accessible through stairs, as there is no elevator in the building.

The main entrance to the complex is located on Ari Velouchioti Street, which is also the beach road, providing easy access for our guests.

Each apartment has its own private balcony, providing a space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartments on the first and second floors offer sea view, allowing you to enjoy beautiful view of the sea during your stay.

Outside of our apartments, there is an open public space where anyone can park their car. It is usually possible to find free parking spots there or on nearby streets around the hotel area. However, please note that during the high season (July and August), it can be more difficult to find parking due to increased demand. Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking area exclusively for our customers.

All our apartments are equipped with separate air-conditioning units in every room. Depending on your booking and our contract policy, air-conditioning may already be included in your reservation. If not, it can be provided as an additional service for an extra charge. Please check your booking details or ask our reception for further information.

Each apartment at Argo Apartments Rethymno is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The kitchen includes an electric cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (for filter coffee), bread toaster, and a clothes washing machine. Additionally, you’ll find all the necessary pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups, as well as a corkscrew and can opener. Dishwashing liquid, a sponge, and towels are available upon request, along with a dining table and chairs for your meals.

Each room also has wardrobes with clothes hangers to keep your clothes organized.

For your comfort, the apartment also includes modern amenities like satellite TV in the living room, with Cosmote TV (a Greek provider), ensuring access to a variety of channels. A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom, and you’ll also find an iron and ironing board in the apartment to keep your clothes looking their best.

Additionally, all apartments are equipped with a safe to securely store your valuables.

At Argo Apartments Rethymno, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property for our guests.

• In the Apartments: Each apartment is equipped with its own dedicated Wi-Fi hotspot, ensuring a strong and reliable internet connection during your stay.
• Public Areas: Wi-Fi is also available in all public areas, including the pool area and reception.

At Argo Apartments Rethymno, we aim to provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for all our guests.

• One-Bedroom Apartments:
  The one-bedroom apartment is equipped with a double bed (160×200 cm) in the bedroom, and there are two sofa beds (90×200 cm) in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
• Two-Bedroom Apartments:
  The two-bedroom apartment is equipped with:
  • A double bed (160×200 cm) in one bedroom.
  • Two single beds (90×200 cm) in the second bedroom.
  • Two sofa beds (90×200 cm) in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
• Baby Cots:
  Upon request, we can provide baby cots/cribs for families traveling with infants.

At Argo Apartments Rethymno, we strive to make your stay comfortable for the entire family, including your little ones. Upon request, we can provide the following baby equipment:

• Highchairs
• Baby bathtub

At Argo Apartments Rethymno, we provide sunbeds at the pool area, but we do not have sunbeds directly on the beach.

Beach:
The beach is immediately in front of the hotel, just beyond our fence. While we do not provide sunbeds directly on the beach, guests are welcome to relax on the sand in front of our property without renting sunbeds. For those who prefer sunbeds and umbrellas, local vendors offer them for rent at the beach for a small fee, depending on availability, especially during the high season.

Pool Area:
The pool area is equipped with sunbeds for our guests to relax and enjoy. These sunbeds are available free of charge for all guests. We recommend arriving early, especially during the high season, to secure a spot.

At Argo Apartments, our pool area is designed for the enjoyment of guests of all ages:

• Adults’ Pool: A spacious pool measuring 15 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
• Kids’ Pool: A dedicated pool for younger guests, measuring 4 x 6.5 meters with a depth of 0.5 meters, ensuring a safe and fun experience for children.

Both pools are surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, offering the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the sun.

The pool at Argo Apartments is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these basic rules:

• Children under 14 years old, must always be supervised by an adult.
• Glass containers or breakable items are not allowed in the pool area.
• Please shower before entering the pool.
• Running, diving or rough play around the pool is prohibited.
• Sunbeds and umbrellas in the pool area are reserved for apartment guests only.

We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines for a pleasant and safe environment.

Check-in at Argo Apartments Rethymno is simple and straightforward. Upon arrival, please visit the reception desk where our friendly staff will assist you with the check-in process. You will need to provide a valid ID or passport and your reservation details. Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive late or outside of regular hours, please inform us in advance, and we’ll make arrangements for your smooth check-in.

Our standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Please note that an additional fee may apply for late check-out during peak periods. If we cannot offer a late check-out, we can arrange for you to store your luggage until your departure time.

Even after check-out, guests are welcome to use the pool area and other public facilities until their departure on that day.

At Argo Apartments Rethymno, we prioritize cleanliness and comfort during your stay.

• Cleaning Frequency:
  • Daily Service: We enter the apartment each day to collect garbage.
  • Towel & Bedsheet Changes: Towels and bedsheets are replaced every second day, along with our regular cleaning service.
• Additional Requests:
  If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please let us know at the reception, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
• End of Stay Cleaning:
  At the end of your stay, the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned to ensure it is ready for the next guest.

Many restaurants serve fresh seafood, traditional Greek dishes like moussaka and souvlaki, as well as Mediterranean-inspired meals. Whether you prefer casual dining or a more refined experience, there are plenty of choices in the area.
